1. Who fulfills my order?
All products are printed, packed, and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner — Printful. They ensure professional quality and reliable delivery for every item.
2. How long does fulfillment and shipping take?
Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time (after fulfillment):
USA: 3–5 business days
International: 7–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since all products are made to order, we only offer returns or replacements in cases of:
- Damaged items
- Misprints
- Wrong items received
To request a replacement, email us at contact@harmonydesign.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
5. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If production hasn't started, we may be able to correct the address.
6. My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive anything.
Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate your package, email us at contact@harmonydesign.store and we’ll help you investigate.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
We're truly sorry! Please send a photo of the damaged product to contact@harmonydesign.store and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds only for:
- Items damaged in shipping
- Incorrect orders
- Lost packages (verified by the carrier)
We do not offer refunds for wrong size orders or buyer’s remorse.
